Speaking of which, just today comes in the mail "Access Today," the journal
of the National Center on Accessibility (NCA). In it are announcements for
several relevant courses:
        Accessible Interpretation, Wash. DC, 3/11-15/96
        Universal Design, TBA, 1996
Retrofitting for Accessibility, Bradford Woods, Martinsville IN,
10/29-11/1/96
Planning for Accessibility Coordinators, San Diego, 1/8-12/96
There's also news of recent training in agencies (BIA, in Denver; USFWS, in
Albuquerque) The latter included Jan Majewski [SI], Kay Ellis [BLM], and
Rebecca Fuller of Rebecca Fuller, Inc., and is a predecessor to the first
course listed above for DC next year. NCA offers a LOT of resources!

For more information, call 1-800-424-1877, or e-mail the new Director of
Education, Jennifer Bowerman <[log in to unmask]>
