The Peabody Museum of Harvard University has a
small collection of North African objects, primarily from
the various Berber groups in Algeria and Morocco (Kabyle, Rif,
Chleuh, Mzab, Tuareg). The collection consists of pottery,
woven goods, leather goods, metals (keys & locks, swords),
jewelry, clothing, and household items. We are in the
process of doing some work on the collection and are
interested to know whether other museums have similar
items.
        Thank you!

Kathy Jones-Garmil
