The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, I believe is the title
of the organization. It publishes many journals on engineering topics, but
their Spectrum is a popular treatment of what's new in technology and how it
affects society.

Available at Barnes and Noble bookstores, and many libraries.

The articles above are not technical. Their goal is to see if the museums are
accurate, current, enjoyable, and doing their supposed job of fostering
interest in technology. The boring stuff is reported along with the inspiring.

Cheers,
Joel
