Eric,

  I found Web Weaver to be easy to use--no need to learn HTML.  But since
using that (in June) we've developed a local template which is even easier
to use, so I'm quickly forgetting what I learned about Web Weaver.
However, I assure you that it is quite easy (at least on Macintosh).  I've
been told that commercial services such as AOL also have templates in use.
