The American publisher is Harcourt Brace Jovanovich; in paperback it's a
Harvest/HBJ Book and the 1990 edition cost $8.95.  I assume it's still in
print and it's probably worth the nine bucks, though on rereading I found
there was more sizzle than steak.  On the other hand, sizzle has fewer
calories and no cholesterol.
