Eric:

What are talking about?

The country as a whole is RUN by lawyers.

Look at the Executive (for the last 25 years, from Dicky to Bill and
Hilary), and Legislative (82% of Congress) branches.

No need to mention the third one.

That alone could explain a great deal of our current problems. Too much
good mental energy spent and wasted in the wrong directions.

Think of just Illinois where I live: with only 6 million people, we have
more lawyers that in all of Japan, the second economy in the world.

Anyway, Eric, congratulations on your new appointment.

I'll be in NYC towards the end of November I would like to take out to
lunch.

Let me know what would suit you: Wed, Thr, or Fri Nov 29-Dec 1 ?

Gerard.
