backbone: count on a minimum of 50K for hardware and ancillaries, plus
a phone charge of minimum $1,500 a month, plus staff, talent and
energy costs related to your own learning curve.

An additional (and non-exclusive) option, is to rent some space where
most of these problems have already been solved. It need not be an
alternative. It would be an additional location, run in parallel with
your own so that you can get some exposure right away. As an example,
