The discussion of s'mores has brought up a subject near and dear to my heart
(and stomach). Does anyone know of any museums dedicated to chocolate or
candy? The OFFICIAL MUSEUM DIRECTORY does not have a category for food
museums.

While I am on the subject, a new discussion list has just been announced that
features recipies for chocolate. I'll post the address if people are
interested. There are probably WWW sites with this subject, but I haven't
looked yet.

A WWW site that might be of interest to people is the Internet Lunch counter.
You can enjoy a virtual meal there. The address is
http://speckle.ncsl.nist.gov/~lorax/lunchcounter.html

And finally, a book for all those chocolate lovers out there: Coady, Chantal.
CHOCOLATE: THE FOOD OF THE GODS (San Francisco, CA: Chronicle Books, 1993).
ISBN 0-8118-0451-8.
