Copyright law naturally varies from one country to another. An excellent
Canadian source is the section on "Copyright and Exhibiting Institutions"
in a publication entitled "Legaleasy: a step-by-step guide to collecting
for Canadian art galleries and museums", written by Toronto arts lawyer
Ella Agnew and published by the Ontario Association of Art Galleries in
collaboration with the Canadian Museums Association (available from both).
