I do not know if the nitrogen gas system that the Getty did a course on a
little while back for fumigation has been discussed, but those with sealed
rooms might check it out.  We are in the process of building a  air-tight,
vacuum sealed bag that is cleaned of oxygen that is then filled with
nitrogen gas. While I have not done it yet, the process seems very
desirable.
