Position available at the Missouri Historical Society in St. Louis.
Position responsible for all new accessions, donor records, object files
and loans. Also, responsible for developing and maintaining collection
databases on the Society's extension collections (126,000 objects, large
archive, library, photos and prints and media collection). The registrar
will be very involved in implementing a new central registration plan for
the institution. Knowledge of AASLH nomenclature, d-Base and strong
computer skills are required. MA in museum studies, American history or
related field and five years museum experience (at least two in
registration) are required. Salary in the upper 20s depending on
