I believe that Mt. Vernon in Fairfax County, Virginia, did a big orientation
study in 1992, with the assistance of Randi Korn and Associates of
Alexandria, VA.  Randi used a number of different evaluation techniques, but
I haven't seen her final report.  You might contact Mt. Vernon or Randi to
see if the findings were published.
