How nice to have something to ponder on a Friday afternoon.
I like "the aughts" and "the pre-teens", but perhaps given the
increased consciousness of style and image these days we need
something a bit more exciting and copyrightable:

    Century 21: the Early Years
    The Decade Formerly Known As "The Aughts"
    Decade Null

Or we could sell the naming rights and have "The Microsoft Decade" or
"The Nike Decade" or....  All royalties to go, of course, to starving
museum professionals and other worthy souls.
