        Generally, in the media production trade, we regard the
use of music (written/sung or recorded) to be a very volatile
issue and the music copyright case law comprises one of the
larger sections of most law school libraries.  There are
companies that provide copyright-free music for these purposes
(at a price).  Suggest you get good legal advice or permission
from the copyright holder.
