Does anyone know if it is necessary to get permission from the
copyright holder to quote the lyrics of a pop song as an
exhibit label? This is for a temporary exhibit at a children's
museum. Would it then make a difference if we included the song
lyrics in a teaching packet that would be reproduced for local
schools?
