I'm hoping someone can supply me with a clarification of terminology found
in some of the grant application information I am sifting through; to wit:
"must have at least one professional paid or unpaid staff member or the
full-time equivalent..."

What is considered "professional"? Can one be full-time with the parent
institution but only part-time with the museum? What does "equivalent"
mean, in this context?

If this seems too basic to clutter up the list, please respond privately.
