To settle the matter once and for all concerning the leather key basket,
I called Johanna Metzgar, Registrar, Old Salem.  She stated that her
office uses HOA to denote "Height Over All"; LOA, "Length Over All", etc.

We both thought those measurements were standard among registrars.
