We looked at the possibility of food service but decided against it.
Places that might be good to talk to are:  Science North in Sudbury,
Ontario--the contact there is Brenda Tromblee.  They had problems with
food service when it was contracted out and then took it over and now
turn a healthy profit.  The number is (705)522-3701.  We also spoke with
children's museums and science centers--Discovery Place, Charlotte, NC
who contract out to The Canteen/Division of 4Cs.  Nancy Goplurud is the
