I was eavesdropping on the Netscape discussion and found it very
informative since we are designing a website.

It seems kind of an odd thing to introduce a new topic by pirating one that
is already underway, but OK. You take the Netscape subject heading and use
it to discuss Obligation to Visitors, and let's call the ongoing Netscape
discussion Neo-Netscape (was Obligation to Visitors (was about lots of
Netscape stuff)).
