Dear Museum-L'ers,

Our Museum is planning to incorporate ISO 9000 quality assurance standards
into its day to day operations. We shall seek registration of this standard
once the process is complete. I would be very interested to hear from anyone
who has introduced this system into their management structure. Has it been a
successful implementation? What are the pitfalls? Frank opinions welcomed !
I understand that ISO 9000 goes by other names in other parts of the world -
BS5750, EN29000
