Sorry to post this to the list, but I keep getting incorrect address
messages from the Tempe system when sent to the above address

Amy,

    I will be glad to provide you with a copy of the survey, which is
around 60 pages in length. To save on paper I decided to send it out on a
diskette; after sending some 50 diskettes out economics dictated that I
ask anyone else interested to send a SASE and a DOS formatted 3.5"diskette.
I can send the report out in Word 6.0 or WordPerfect6.0 if you will let me
know which you would prefer. It fits in a standard envelope.
