Tell your Washington based friend to check with ARTEX, (301) 270-5590
(Takoma Park, Maryland).  They do most of our fine arts, dec arts,
furniture, and bronze shipping . . . they might also handle archival
materials.  If not, tell him to check with the National Archives for a
