Tom asked about the possible whereabouts of an illustration of a
raccoon baculum.  If you can get hold of it, the following is a
good source:  William H. Burt.  1960.  Bacula of North American
Mammals.  Univ. Michigan Museum of Zoology, Miscellaneous
Pubications, 113:1-76.
 
As for articulation, none in any real sense--basically a stiffening
structure.
