PHiladelphia Textiles doesn't have these books?  You may still be able to
get Bogle's article from the Museum of American Textile History, (Lowell,
MA) or the Textile Conservation Center, which is affiliated with it.
 
Region I (DC area) of the Costume Society has a meeting this week about
costume display techniques.  (CSA 55 Edgewater Street, P.O. Box 73
Earleville MD 21919 tel: 301-275-2329).  Someone there may be able to
help you.
