Both Doon Heritage Crossroads and the Joseph Schneider Haus in Kitchener
have historical gardening projects.  Robert Wildfong is the
gardener/interpreter at Doon (c. 1914) and has also worked at Schneider
Haus.  You could get in touch with him @ Doon Heritage Crossroads, RR 2,
Kitchener, ON.
