I am interested in the part of NAGPRA which deals with cultural
patrimony and how it affects the primary mission of museums:
preservation of collections.

Please comment on your interpretation of cultural patrimony:
  - what are the potential problems with that part of the NAGPRA law?
  - how has it affected your museum?
  - do you know of any articles specific to this issue?
  - how does US differ from Canada on this issue, since they don't have a
     NAGPRA law?
  - what is the social impact of the law, vis-a-vis our multicultural
     society?

Any and all comments are welcome.
