We just purchased KeyCAD for Windows which was recommended at a recent
NAME conference on design that I attended. I ordered it directly from
the manufacturer for around $40, but you should be able to pick it up at
a local computer shop or software distributor for less than $50. I
haven't had much time to play with it myself so I am not sure what the 3D
capabilities are... but for that price it's worth checking out. I'm on
vacation or I would check the manual for specific details. It will run
on your machine, but you will need Windoes 3.1 as well... I think there
are DOS and MAC versions (I seem to remember these being selections on
the order form). I noticed another post mentioned AutoCAD... you'll gag
on the price and your machine will gag on the software. Let me know if
you would like me to research this a little more as I can probably get
someone to drop off the manual, then I could check specific details and
give you an ordering address if you can't find it locally.
