          I would suggest that you get in touch with the people @
          WIRED magazine, who have focused extensively and intensively
          on the implications of the breakup of the telecomms. They've
          written some incredibly informative and inside-track
          articles on this issue over the past year or so. They are
          very active on-line, and I can get you an email address, or
          you can pick up the magazine on a newstand.
