I mailed a query earlier but don't think it reached the list. My apologies
if this is a repeat. I am hoping that someone out there has done some research
specifically on inlaid straw crosses. In previous library research on santos,
santeros, bultos, reredos, retablos, etc., I don't remember running across
very much specifically on inlaid straw crosses. (Of course, then I wasn't
looking for info on that art form/tradition specifically.) I do have some
El Palacio articles and New Mexican mag. articles on Rodriguez family's
inlaid straw crosses. Is this a topic anyone else has researched already --
and would share refs.? Thanks. JWilson, G1824303 at NMSUVM1
