I have two separate requests for museum-l subscribers.  I know someone out
there has answers to these brief questions.
 
1)  Does anyone have a contact address or phone for the program Accession
2.1-2.5 that has been recently mentioned on the list?
 
2)  Does anyone have knowledge about or an opinion regarding whether the
leasor or the leasee holds the responsibility for retrofitting multi-story
historic buildings for ADA requirements?
