Robert. I think you are doing a valuable service to the museum/conservation
community! I have used the archives to search topics which I then downloaded
and indexed for projects as well as my own reference. I don't know how many
others use the archives, but I see them as an important record of the years
discussions, which if kept, will be expounded upon with future discussion as
topics, technology, methods develope. :Don't destroy what we have already if
possible.
However, I don't understand where and how such a large chunk of electronic
information can be kept. Does this static archive take "space" away from active
resources? Does this make sense? I'd like to know how an "archive" is stored.
