VA. DISNEY PARK CLEARS STEP:
   Walt Disney Co.'s controversial new $650-million, 3,000-acre
theme park at Haymarket, Va., cleared an important hurdle
Wednesday. Reuters reported the regional Transportation Planning
Board, a group of representatives from Virginia, Maryland and
Washington, approved road projects worth about $130 million as
part of a long-range regional transportation plan for the area.
