Last month I discovered that the Exploratorium has a WWW page. It's
pretty cool, anyone interested should take a look. For those who
havn't encountered the World Wide Web before, see if it's offered
in your internet service menus. For those without menus, try going
into the Unix shell and typing LYNX. The exploratorium page can be
found by searching on "museums." There are a few other museums on
WWW as well.
I think the WWW is the future of internet, as far as access by the
nontechnical user is concerned. ASTC might do well to look into
getting on the internet and setting up a Web page. The Compuserve
people are smart, so I expect that before long, cserve users will
have WWW graphical access to internet. (The main difference will be,
of course, the high hourly price of compuserve!!!)
