Gary Acord asked about wine exhibits.  There is a wine museum in or around
San Francisco.  I don't have the name or address handy.  Wineries often
have exhibits, some to lend.  I would also contact the National Restaurant
Association and whatever the national wine makers association is.  They
might be helpful, or at least point to you others.  Finally, I would be
surprised if some of the editors of national gourmet type magazines, for
example, Bon Appetit, did not have some access to interesting information.
