I agree. My museum, The Mariners' Museum has, at last count, 15 interactive
kiosks, based on video disk technology. Within the next 12 months, though,
there is the possibility that our new computer network will be able to pump
large amounts of data and digitized images over the network right into the
appropriate gallery.
 
I am curious as the standards museums have followed in implementing
computers in the public spaces.
