There has been a series of recent commentaries on [log in to unmask]
regarding the USFWS request for comments due mid Nov or so, on their
proposed revised regulations (with serious potential impacts for museums, btw)
regarding transshipment of biological materials (e.g., collection specimens).
Get the Sept and Oct archives from the uoguelph listserv to review those
comments (there's no database search capability on that listserver, so you
need to get the entire months' logs).
