Hi. I have a question from a friend. She wants to know what the best
way would be to prepare the surface or an old metal bedframe (vintage
1930s or earlier) for decorative painting? She did try spray painting it
herself awhile ago but the paint is chipping off. Any tips would be
appreciated.
