Phd is very desired.  Education is always useful.  Problem in
the museum field is funding.  The three museums in the area
where I live are funded by make work programs for people on
unemployment insurance and social welfare.  Love museum work
and my field but must work else where.  My education and
internet are my reward.
I teach one course and have my students use the museum as
a resource.  Also use internet to keep up to date.
