I got your list from the AAM Sourcebook.  You are missing "Dead as a
Dinosaur" by Frances & Richard Lockridge, first published in 1952 and
reprinted this year.  A key character is a curator of fossil mammals at
the "Broadley Institute of Paleontology, ...on the other side of the park"
from the American Museum.  I first read of G. G. Simpson in this book,
a long time ago.  I didn't realize he was a real person for another couple
of years.
