There is a "monkey fish" that the Mexican border towns specialize in selling
to tourists. It is apparently made out of several different creatures, and
then dried and sold. There are also those bizarre frog bands sold in Mexico as
well. You know, the little dried toads holding instruments or dancing to a
different drummer.
