Hi...found this message by accident...re. taxidermy and formal training...
the usual route for this field is by apprenticeship under a taxidermist
already in operation.  It can be difficult to become involved but it is
rather fascinating...my brother did that in high school...the only bad
part was the home attempts with birdies and Borax...bleah... :)
