I am researching the cost/benefit arguments made by museums for mounting public
access point ssuch as a Freenet presence. Has enough time passed that Australia,
BC, Cleveland, Dallas, et al have evaluated, justified or revised resource
implications/allocations?
Would this be a good case study for next AAM?
