My suggestion to you, since I, too, was in a similiar situation
would be to order the Basic Manual Series I from the Society of
American Archivists, 600 S. Federal Suite 504, Chicago, Il 60605.
You may choose to phone for their catalog. (312) 922-0140. One
other excellent source I found especially helpful, is the volume
"A Manual For Small Archives" by Donald A. Baird, Chair and Laura
M. Coles, Writer. c. 1988, The Assoc. of British Columbia
Archivists. ISBN 0-86491-089-4. Good Luck!
