Many Museum (without exception, all larger institutions) maintain a
library facility, whether for staff and/or public use. The Dallas Museum
of Art has a facility called the Education Resource Center, which contains
a bibliographic library, staffed by 2 professionals, a Visual Resource
Library, also staffed by 2 professionals, and the Collections Information
Center, which contains a digital imaging system and 8 pulbic access
terminals. The Center is staffed by a paraprofessional and supervised by
the Director of the Visual Resource Library.

The Dallas Museum of Art is an encyclopedic art museum, which has a
collection of around 16,000 objects.
