Bayla is correct, the Hagley Museum and Library would fit this description.  No
doubt they have plenty of info too.  Eric should also look at the numerous
sites where colonial blast furnaces exisited, they fit the bill too.
Immediately, Saugus in Mass., and Hopewell Villiage in Pa., come to mind, both
have ample resources on this subject.
