We have in our collection a photograph of a large three story building
on fire, ca. late 1910s or 1920s. The photo also shows a fire
department pumper wagon. The caption reads "Early morning fire of Old
Central School. Photo by CE Harvey, Boise." The building is huge, I
would have thought it to be a state capital or large county courthouse.
Can anyone in Boise help identify this photo? Was there such a fire
in Boise? Or did a Boise photographer take this photo of a building
located elsewhere?

Please reply directly.
