Sea World in Orlando, which in many ways is more like an aquarium than a
theme park and takes its educational mission very seriously (honest!)
has a nice compromise w/ moving walkways in its penguin exhibit. A people
mover moves across the viewing area, but the more interested can move one level
up (about 4 feet) and watch these altogether enchanting creature for as long
as they like.

Which can be quite a while-- they literally fly under water and it's fascinating
tto watch.
