Tell your friend that there are many companies that MANUFACTURE
videodiscs and there are many companies and independent producers
who produce interpretative programs for museums on videotape, which
can then be converted to a videodisc.  Likewise there are companies
that manufacture kiosks, though many museums with cabinet shops, make
their own.
