You may look into electrical means of getting rid of your pests.  I've heard
that the statue of Churchill, located near Westminster in London, has a mild
charge of electricity inthe head, where of course, our feathered friends like
to perch.  This is based on word of mouth information - so you would have to
check it out yourself.  Good luck!
