Good grief, I didn't know about Percy Grainger's balls in a jar, but yes,
there is the Grainger Museum at the University of Melbourne in Australia.
Its address is simply University of Melbourne, Parkville Victoria 3052,
Australia.  Grainger, his mother and later his wife were weirdos of a
distinctive kind - into clothes made of terry towelling, and flagellation I
believe, and god knows what else.  Some of this material is in the museum
collection for those who want to investigate further...
